But deep down I wasn’t happy with myself for years.

Nothing could make up for the lack of self care and self love.

I couldn’t work out why.

On paper my life looked great. I had a great job. Professional recognition. A busy social life.
My social media accounts were filled with pictures of travel and parties.
My friends would tell me I had it all, but secretly I thought “if only you knew”.
I had a crippling lack of self-esteem and had used food, social life and work to numb myself for years.

Nothing could make up for the lack of self care & self love.
